Mason Keener

Recently graduating from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, Mason wanted to pursue work outside of his home state of Arkansas with hopes to learn about design within unfamiliar regions. Most importantly, Mason was seeking to find experience working in custom residential design because he believes there is an incredible uniqueness to its scale. Williams Partners Architects has offered him a combination of those interests and has welcomed him as an eager, young designer.

Mason graduated with high distinction from the University of Arkansas Honors College, was awarded the BTES Edward Allen Award and the ARCC King Medal for his research in material reuse within adaptive reuse projects. In his future endeavors, Mason hopes to someday return to school to receive a master’s degree in architecture or sustainability and to become a licensed architect.

Known in the office as a long-talker, Mason has joined the office with enthusiasm and an inquisitive attitude. Mason spends his free time in the Valley, playing with friends, exploring new hobbies, and meeting new people. He dreams of traveling to new places with an emphasis on seeing architecture that inspires his own career.
