Located next to the Snake River east of Twin Falls Idaho, this home sits at the edge of an established subdivision. The spectacular site drove much of the layout. The concept for the home was to create an enclosed private entry courtyard that reveals little of the grandeur of the location. The orientation is toward distant views of the river and toward Mt. Harrison. The entry is at a link between wings of the house and the glass door pulls your view through to the axial lap pool and the Snake River waterfall “Twin Falls” in the distance. The two main wings of the house frame the pool with the public spaces on one side and the master suite on the other. The shop building encloses the courtyard giving the home a compound feel.
