The site for this home is located near the Big Wood River in Blaine County and is partially covered with a dense stand of Cottonwood and Aspen trees. This nostalgic concept locates a large covered porch on the wooded street side of the home and opens to an expansive sunny yard and terrace on the back side. A central feature of the plan is an ample, covered, outdoor living area that is enclosed on three sides by the house. The extensive home was broken up in part by giving the garage guest suite wing a gambrel roof and sheathing it with recycled barnwood.
