Located in Hulen Meadows subdivision north of Ketchum, this project is a remodel of a classic vacation A-frame house that had previously been remodeled several times. The design motivation was to save the strengths of the original A-frame and reinforce and enhance its place as the centerpiece of the home. The solution reorganizes the layout, opening up the original space, then relocating and expanding the kitchen and entry, adding a family room and reworking the master suite. The design also reworks the previously added bedroom wing into three bedrooms and baths.
